On June 1, in honor of International Children's Day, the aviation base of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a festive event titled "Bala — Elimizdin Bolashagy" ("Children — the Future of Our Nation").

A vibrant and engaging program was prepared for the young guests. One of the most memorable moments was the performance of a service dog named Samurai, trained by the K-9 unit of the operational brigade. The special demonstration sparked a wave of joy and excitement among the audience.

During the event, children drew pictures on the pavement and took part in singing and dancing contests. They had the chance to explore aircraft such as the An-74, An-26, Y8, and helicopters like the Mi-8 and Mi-171 — even sitting inside the cockpits. Additionally, kids were invited into military armored vehicles and patrol cars, experiencing the thrill of being a soldier. Among the showcased equipment were not only combat machines but also those used in special operations.

The Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard presented theatrical performances featuring fairy tale characters, leaving the children full of bright impressions. Entertainers led interactive shows and dance flash mobs, enthusiastically joined by the young attendees.

— The National Guard command always pays attention to the families of service members. Today, our children received so many impressions and positive emotions. As parents, we are sincerely grateful for the celebration,— said event participant Gaukhar Bagasharova.

Children who actively participated in games and contests were awarded certificates of appreciation and gifts on behalf of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs — Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Ansagan Baltabekov.

The young guests left the event with great moods, filled with joy and unforgettable memories.

Notably, the event showcased armored vehicles such as the Barys 6×6, Alan-2, and Cobra II, all of which had previously taken part in the military parade in the capital.
