As part of efforts to provide the city’s population with natural, high-quality, and affordable products, as well as to strengthen interregional and international trade and economic relations, an agricultural fair was organized and held today, June 1, 2025, starting from 8:00 AM on the embankment area in the city of Kokshetau. The products were sold at prices 10–15% lower than market rates.
For this agricultural fair, we specially invited agricultural producers from 16 districts of the Turkistan Region and from the Republic of Tajikistan, who brought their natural, high-quality, and early domestic produce. The following items were offered for sale: vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, beets, eggplants, bell peppers, garlic, zucchini, pumpkin), fruits (strawberries, apples, plums, apricots, peaches, sweet cherries), melons (watermelons, cantaloupes), as well as fish, honey, dried fruits, juices, and more.
In addition, agricultural producers from the Akmola Region were invited, offering branded products and goods from the stabilization fund of JSC “NC SPC Kokshe,” including meat products, eggs, dairy products, first-grade flour, sugar, rice, salt, sunflower oil, and pasta products.
The total volume of products presented for sale exceeded 332 tons, including:
From the Turkistan Region: 215.4 tons (vegetables – 102.0 tons, potatoes – 15.0 tons, melons – 36.0 tons, fruits – 30.0 tons, others [honeydew melon, honey, fish, dried fruits, juices] – 32.4 tons);
From the Republic of Tajikistan: 95.0 tons (vegetables – 30.0 tons, fruits – 30.0 tons, others [dried fruits, juices] – 35.0 tons);
From the Akmola Region: 22.02 tons (meat products [beef, horse meat, lamb, poultry] – 8.02 tons, dairy products – 5.5 tons, eggs – 3.0 tons, rice, buckwheat, sunflower oil, flour, pasta, salt, sugar – 5.5 tons).
