On June 2, 2025, Olzhas Suleimenov, Chief Specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Kostanay region, held an information and explanatory conversation among youth employees of the Department of Justice on admission to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. The next selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve starts on June 1. The selection process will take into account the needs of the state apparatus for industry personnel and will cover the following six areas: social policy and civil society; infrastructure development; industry and trade policy; economic and financial policy; digitalization; agro-industrial complex and environmental protection, foreign policy and investments. The candidate must choose one of the specified industry areas during registration. Applicants for inclusion in the reserve must meet a number of requirements, including: - age not older than 35 years, - citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, - higher education, - some work experience, - knowledge of the state language not lower than the B1 level. In order to become a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, it is necessary to undergo a comprehensive selection consisting of six stages. Documents will be accepted online on a special website - pkrezerv.gov.kz from June 1 to June 30 of the current year.
