On June 3, 2025, a board meeting was held at the Prosecutor's office of Kostanay region. It was attended by Aliya Amanzholova, Head of the Department of Justice, Temirbek Nazhikanov, Deputy Head, Kairat Baymukhanov, head of the regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs, as well as representatives of law enforcement and supervisory authorities.
During the meeting, issues of the effectiveness of cooperation between judicial authorities and private bailiffs were discussed, including the legality and timeliness of their actions in the execution of judicial acts. Special attention was paid to enforcement proceedings related to recovery in favor of the state, as well as socially significant categories of enforcement proceedings. Measures to strengthen control over the activities of private bailiffs in the region were discussed.
