In accordance with the work plan of the Ethics Commissioner of the Atyrau Region Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the field of social protection of the population for 2025, on May 20 of this year, explanatory work was carried out on the basic requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of the chief specialist, State Labor Inspector of the Atyrau region Department of the Labor Inspection Committee B. Salyk. The purpose of the event is to clarify labor rights between employees and employers, ensure compliance with labor laws, the correct conclusion of employment contracts and increase the effectiveness of labor relations.
