On June 4, a ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on the square in front of the Akimat building of the Kostanay region.

The holiday brought together representatives of regional structures, young people, military personnel, activists, schoolchildren and students. The main part of the ceremony was the ceremonial raising of the State Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the performance of the Anthem.

Akim of the Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov congratulated those gathered on the important date and emphasized the special role of state symbols in strengthening the national spirit and civil unity.

“State symbols are not just attributes of independence. They are our pride, our unity, our history and future. The Anthem, Flag and Coat of Arms unite millions of Kazakhstanis, wherever they are. Through them, the whole world sees our peace-loving, strong and open country,” the head of the region noted.

He also emphasized that the Kostanay region makes a significant contribution to the development of the country. This year alone, large-scale investment projects are being implemented in the region, thousands of jobs are being created, housing is being actively built, and key sectors of the economy are growing.

During the event, the best schoolchildren, students, and military personnel were awarded letters of gratitude for their active participation in patriotic events and educational projects. There was also a performance by creative groups, songs about the Motherland, and a show of youth flash mobs.

At the end of the holiday, the participants once again performed the national anthem, carried flags in their hands, and expressed their readiness to continue to carry the values ​​of independence, unity, and patriotism.

The Day of State Symbols is not only a holiday, but also a reminder to every citizen of their personal responsibility for the future of Kazakhstan.
