On October 30, 2025, as part of the housing and communal services modernization program, the head of the Registration Service and Registration of Non-profit Organizations Department of the Kostanay Region Department of Justice took part in a seminar on the development of AXIS and NSO, organized by the Modern Qazaqstan public association with the participation of representatives of government agencies, the chairmen of AXIS and KSK.
The main topic of the event was the implementation of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", which entered into force on September 17, 2025.
During the seminar, special attention was paid to the changes related to the creation of the AXIS and the re-registration of the PKSK and KSK.
Explanations and answers to the questions received were given to the participants of the event.
