On June 9, 2025, as part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order" and in order to raise the level of legal culture and legal education among young people, Aliya Amanzhulova, Head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, participated as chairman of the state Attestation Commission in the defense of theses at Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynula.
During the defense, topical issues related to the development of the legal system and the practical application of legislation were considered.
