     The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is strengthening feedback: a “red button” system has been introduced to promptly respond to problems when receiving customs services.
💠The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to implement a human-centered approach and improve the quality of public services provided.
      For this purpose, a “red button” - a QR code - has been placed at all customs posts and customs clearance centers (CCC), by scanning which citizens and participants in foreign economic activity can directly contact the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee with a description of the problem that has arisen.
💠The tool has been developed to promptly respond to difficulties that arise when receiving customs services, as well as to eliminate cases of inappropriate behavior on the part of employees.
The application form is simple and intuitive, it can be filled out in a few minutes. If necessary, the user can leave an application anonymously.
💠We strive for an open and honest dialogue with citizens and the business community. Each received request will be reviewed as soon as possible, and appropriate response measures will be taken for each case.
