The HR Enbek labor resources portal has the possibility to conclude an electronic collective agreement (hereinafter referred to as the collective agreement) between the employer and the trade union organization.

The trade union representative creates a draft collective agreement in a private office on the portal and sends it to the employer for approval. When the employer approves the draft of the National Labor Code, it is automatically sent to the private office of the state labor inspector to check compliance with labor legislation. After approval by the state inspector, the employer can sign the document.

For the convenience of users, the system will be available at all stages of work with the EUS: when signing the project, when sending it for revision, the state labor inspector will automatically send messages to the employer and the trade union after accepting or rejecting the document.

The signed EUS will be available for viewing and downloading by both the union and the employer. Its authenticity can be checked using the QR code placed in the electronic document.

Introduction of the electronic format of collective agreements allows to increase the legality and transparency of labor relations, to ensure control over the fulfillment of obligations undertaken by the employer, and to control the quality of workplaces.
