During the meeting, a number of topical issues were discussed on the protection of labor collective rights, industrial safety, social and working conditions of workers, as well as mechanisms for resolving labor disputes.

A.B. Karimov paid special attention to compliance with labor legislation, compliance with safety and hygiene requirements at the workplace. In turn, N.S. Baisadykov said that the management of the mine will comply with all legal requirements and that workers' rights will not be violated.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to conduct joint activities in order to strengthen mutual cooperation, protect workers' rights and develop social partnership.
