It should be recalled that Aikomek has been operating since 2019 and has become an important link in the city's management system, as well as a single reference and coordination service for citizens. It is a mechanism that helps solve issues related to electricity, water supply, sanitation, public transport, lighting, traffic lights and other aspects of urban life.

436 performers are involved in the work of the center.: 15 city government agencies, 27 subordinate organizations, 64 PTIKS, 290 KSK (IIB), 40 regional and republican government agencies and other structures. Specialists receive requests 24/7 and provide feedback to applicants.

From January 1 to today, about 32,000 requests have been received:
— 62% of them were resolved after the initial call,
— 38% were submitted for execution.
Of these, 26,000 requests have already been completed.

In addition, since 2022, responsible specialists have been assigned to three remote areas of the city for rapid response and more effective communication with the population. They meet with residents every day and help solve everyday problems.
