Sarkytbayev Anvar Azatovich He was born in 1988. He is an economist and lawyer by education. He graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T.Ryskulov, KAZGUU University named after M.S. Narikbayev. The length of service in the civil service is 13 years. He started his career in the civil service in 2012 in various positions of the Treasury Committee, the Financial Control Committee, and the Internal State Audit Committee. From 2021 to June 2025, he held the position of head of the customs post "Kostanay-Customs Clearance Center" of the Department of State Revenue for the Kostanay region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On June 16, 2025, by order of the Chairman of the CND of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for Kostanay region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
