The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports on the expansion of the opportunities for filing applications for the application of the extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure for individuals.

From June 10, 2025, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can use a new option - filing an application through the mobile application of Bank CenterCredit JSC (bcc.kz). Previously, the procedure was only available in person at the PSC or through the eGov.kz portal.

In the bcc.kz mobile application, in the "Government Services" section, the "Bankruptcy of Individuals" service has been launched.

Important: using the service is free, there is no fee for filing an application.

Step-by-step instructions for filing an application:

Open the bcc.kz application and go to the section: "Government Services" → "Services".
Select the "Bankruptcy of Individuals" service.
Read the brief information and click "Application for the application of the extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure".
Confirm or change your registration address if necessary, then click "Continue".
Specify the state revenue agency and, if necessary, check one or both items:
I have been receiving social assistance for 6 months
I have not fulfilled my obligations for more than 5 years
Read the terms of application at the appropriate link.
To send the application, click "Submit application". After submission, information about the consideration of the application by the state agency will be displayed.
The application status can be tracked in the "History" section.
If the application is successfully processed, the user will receive a push notification, and the "Completed" status will appear in "History" with detailed information and a link to the website of the relevant state agency.
Please note: if you have a marriage certificate, the consent of the spouse is required. If there is no consent by 23:59 of the current day, the application is automatically canceled.
Please note that the procedure can only be applied by individuals who meet the conditions of the extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
