On June 19, 2025, Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs for the East Kazakhstan region Khairulin Darkham Mardenovich held a seminar on the topic "Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve". Explanations were given on the terms, rules and directions of the competition.  The seminar was attended by employees of the Department and departments of State Revenue for cities and districts.

Applications for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve are accepted from June 01 to June 30, 2025 inclusive on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz.
