The address of the duty officer will change in Ust-Kamenogorsk.  

The Government for Citizens branch of East Kazakhstan region informs that from July 1, 2025, PSC No. 1 of Ust-Kamenogorsk, located on pr. Satpayeva 34/2.  At the same time, PSC No. 2 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, located at 99/1 Kazakhstan Street, switches to its usual work schedule: on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00.

Saturday and Sunday are days off. We remind you that the PSC on duty receives citizens from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00 without lunch break, and on Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00. By the way, the address of the special price on duty remains unchanged: Samara highway 23. It is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00, without lunch break.

Ready-made documents are issued until 19:00.On Saturday, citizens are received from 8:00 to 11:00, and documents are issued until 12:00.
