The district akim, Zhandos Erkinbekuly, held a reception for citizens to address personal issues. Residents of the district who had registered in advance raised questions related to housing, employment, and social and living matters.

Each citizen’s request was carefully heard, and explanations were provided within the framework of the law. Specific instructions were given to the heads of relevant departments attending the meeting, and several issues were resolved on the spot.

District akim Zhandos Erkinbekuly emphasized the importance of open dialogue with residents and noted that every appeal will receive due attention.
