As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", as well as in order to increase the efficiency of enforcement proceedings and ensure transparency in the process of organizing debtors' property, on July 1, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Department of Justice of Kostanay region and the appraisal company STELLA +.
As part of the cooperation, the parties agreed to establish a systematic interaction aimed at conducting an independent and objective assessment of debtors' property in the framework of the enforcement of judicial acts.
