Akmola Region has begun the implementation of the Unified HR System — a modern digital platform for managing HR records in government institutions.

Simply put, it’s an “online HR specialist” that stores all employee information in one place: place of employment, work experience, vacation and sick leaves, contract terms, and much more.

The system promotes transparency, reduces paperwork, streamlines hiring, transfers, and terminations, minimizes errors, and allows for real-time control of the staffing situation.

The implementation is being carried out in stages: by the end of 2025, the system will cover 95 organizations across the region. Centralized license procurement enables significant budget savings — up to 3.5 million tenge.

The project is being implemented by the Regional Department of Digitalization as part of the national strategy for digital transformation.
