As of the 1st half of 2025, there are 2 full-time employees in the Department of control in the field of social protection of the population. Since February 9, 2025, the position of head of the department and since March 26, the position of chief specialist is vacant. For the first half of the year, 8 preventive inspections were carried out (of which preventive control was carried out without visits and 46 unscheduled inspections were issued in relation to the State Institution "Zhylyoysky, Makatsky district Department of Employment and Social Programs and Atyrau city Department of Employment and Social Programs) and 27 prescriptions were issued. According to the results of the inspections, 109 violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on creating access for the disabled to social facilities were revealed. Of these, the availability of LSI is 68 , and the provision of SSU is 41. 81 appeals were received, of which 26 were considered, 15 were satisfied, 11 were dissatisfied, 45 were not considered, and 10 were withdrawn. The department also drew up an administrative protocol in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 462 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to the Qiwi shopping center and police station No. 9, and in relation to the Infinity Mall shopping center, the administrative material was reviewed by the Atyrau Specialized Administrative Court. Based on the results of the court review, a decision was issued imposing an administrative fine in the amount of 275240 tenge. Previously issued prescriptions are under the control of the department. Requests for compliance with regulations are sent in a timely manner. In case of non-fulfillment within the prescribed period, measures are taken in accordance with the current legislation.
