Citizens now have the opportunity to complain about poorly provided government services in a couple of clicks

A new mechanism for appealing the quality of public services in real time has been introduced in the Telegram mobile application. It has become possible to file such a complaint or make a proposal to reduce bureaucracy and simplify business processes through the bot platform "EgovKzBot2.0".
The initiator and developer of such a convenient function for citizens were the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry.
The function is easy to use, does not require special skills and has a user-friendly interface. Now, if problematic issues arise when receiving public services, citizens only need to enter the data of the service provider in the Telegram bot "EgovKzBot2.0" and send their comments, suggestions or complaints. You can complain, including about the request for unnecessary documents, unjustified refusals or untimely provision of services, etc.
All received complaints and suggestions are considered and feedback is provided, issues are resolved by responsible persons as soon as possible.
