A new real-time mechanism for filing complaints about public service quality is now available through the “EgovKzBot2.0” Telegram bot.

 

Developed by the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this feature helps reduce bureaucracy and streamline public service delivery.

 

Citizens can now:

•Submit complaints about unnecessary document requirements, unjustified refusals, or delays in services

•Share suggestions for improving processes

•Provide feedback directly to the responsible authorities

 

The bot has a user-friendly interface and does not require any special skills. Just enter the name of the service provider and send your message.

 

All submissions are reviewed, and feedback is provided in a timely manner.
