Istanbul, July 16, 2025 – The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Yerkebulan Sapiyev, presented his letter of credence to the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev.

During the meeting, H.E. Sapiyev expressed Kazakhstan’s intention to comprehensively develop cooperation with the OTS and emphasized the country's readiness to make a consistent contribution to strengthening unity and mutually beneficial partnership in the Turkic world.

The Secretary General of the OTS, H.E. Omuraliev, expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan for fırst Permanent Representative and noted that Permanent Representatives would provide momentum to the institutional development of the organization.

At the end of the meeting, both parties confirmed their intention to work together to strengthen cooperation among Turkic states, based on shared values and strategic interests.
