Kairat Chakpantayev became an honorary citizen of Samar district

During the district meeting of the akimat, Kairat Muratovich Chakpantayev was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Samar district".

The medal and certificate were presented by the akim of the district Serik Zhenisov. Kairat Chakpantaev is the chairman of the regional court of the Abai region, a native of the village of Samarskoye. For more than 40 years of service, he has established himself as a highly qualified lawyer, a principled leader and a worthy representative of the judicial system of Kazakhstan. His work has been awarded numerous state awards, and now recognition in his small homeland.
