In the first half of 2025, the theatrical art of the Akmola Region experienced a period of genuine inspiration and creative growth.
The region’s theaters continue to captivate audiences with their unique and engaging performances.

Key Figures:

• A total of 384 theatrical performances were staged
• 12 of them were premiere productions
• Approximately 30,000 spectators attended the performances

Participation in Festivals:
Theater companies proudly represented the region at prestigious national and international festivals, including:

• VII International Puppet Theater Festival “Orteke”
• XXVI International Youth Theater Festival “Molodezh.Teatr.Fest.”
• IV Republican Puppet Theater Festival “Kuralai”

Touring Performances – A Spiritual Caravan:
Theaters of the Akmola Region actively toured various areas, including remote villages, bringing the light of art to every corner of the country. Performances were held in the following locations:

• Karaganda Region: Nura and Osakarov districts, and the city of Karaganda
• Akmola Region: the villages of Zerenda and Shagalaly (Zerenda District), the city of Stepnyak (Birzhan Sal District), and the city of Shchuchinsk (Burabay District)

From Heart to Heart – Charity Events:

Ten charity events were organized, offering the healing power of art to those in special need of support.
