Toreceive the documentationservice, you mustprovide an application, an identity card orpassport(ifreplaced), a receiptforpayment of the statefee,andif a citizenreceives a certificate for thefirsttime,at the age of 16,then you mustprovide a birthcertificate. It is important to notethat you can get an identity card andpassportinanyPSC in Kazakhstan,regardlessof your place of residence.
