On July 28, 2025, a meeting of the standing commission of the district maslikhat on social policy, public education, health care, culture, protection of historical heritage, youth affairs was held under the chairmanship of A. U. Tishbaeva. The deputies considered the issues "On the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants, prevention and warning of administrative and criminal offenses, gambling addiction and the appearance of civil servants" and "On the work of religious associations in the territory of the Mendykara district for 2024 and plans for 2025". The deputies, having heard and discussed the report of Akhmetkaliev D. K. - head of the apparatus of the akim of the Mendykara district "On the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants, prevention and warning of administrative and criminal offenses, gambling addiction and the appearance of civil servants" notes: the issue of ensuring the legitimate rights of civil servants in the Mendykara district is important for the stability and quality of work of local executive bodies. This directly affects the public's trust in government.
On the second issue, the deputies heard the acting head of the internal policy department of the Mendykara district, Ablai Nurlanovich Orazbekov, "On the work of religious associations in the territory of the Mendykara district for 2024 and plans for 2025" noted: the spiritual community of the district is represented by traditional Muslims of the Hanafi madhhab and Orthodox Christians. The district has a mosque named after "Karamaky Ata", as well as two churches.
As part of the implementation of the State Program for Countering Religious Extremism and Terrorism in the Republic of Kazakhstan, informational, explanatory and counter-propaganda work is being carried out aimed at forming immunity to radical ideology.
The deputies adopted relevant resolutions on these issues.
