Islamabad, July 30, 2025 – the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin met with a delegation of Gujrat entrepreneurs led by the leader of the city's business community, Mr. Haji Fayyaz Alam. The delegation included representatives of the footwear, food, and furniture industries, as well as the household chemicals sector.

During the meeting, promising areas for the development of trade and economic cooperation between the producers of Gujrat and the business community of Kazakhstan were discussed, as well as the possibilities of implementing joint investment projects in priority sectors of the economy.

As a result of the productive negotiations, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of Gujrat’s business delegation to Kazakhstan in the near future.
