Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Kairat Abdrakhmanov, held a follow-up meeting with Mr. Richard van der Laan, Head of the Dutch company REPA Conveyor Equipment.

During the meeting, the company’s leadership officially announced its intention to launch a conveyor roller production facility in Karaganda region of Kazakhstan in September this year. This initiative marks the first stage of establishing high-tech manufacturing operations by REPA in the country.

The management of REPA Conveyor Equipment expressed a strong appreciation for the potential of the Kazakh market, emphasizing its attractiveness for the development of industrial production. Taking into account market opportunities, the company is also considering expanding its operations in the future. In addition to rollers, REPA plans to launch production of conveyor drums and conveyor belts in Kazakhstan.

The parties reaffirmed their mutual interest in further developing bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on industrial collaboration and technological partnership.

REPA Conveyor Equipment is a Dutch manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of components for conveyor systems, including rollers, drums, support structures, and metal frameworks. The company’s products are widely used in industries such as waste processing, cement production, agriculture, food processing, and mining.
