About submitting an application for attracting foreign labor for 2026

The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region informs employers about the need to apply for the need for foreign labor for 2026.

Requirements:

1) the application is submitted in the form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 № 274;

2) the application must be sent with a properly executed cover letter (outgoing number, certified by the signature of the manager and seals, contact details indicating the responsible person, phone numbers and e-mail addresses);

3) contain a detailed description in the application form of the justification for the need to attract foreign labor;

4) the application must specify the type of economic activity with a 5-digit code  (for example: mining and processing of copper ore - 07292);

5) the application is submitted in the state and Russian languages;

Application deadline: until 17.30  on September 30, 2025.

Where to apply:

– paper version to the office of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs (Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kievskaya st., 1, room 301);

– an electronic version to the email address r.taymuldina@akimvko.gov.kz, or on electronic medium in the 301 office of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and social Programs (Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kievskaya st., 1).
