Akim of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov was presented with the advanced mobile laboratory DLS-AVTO (Pergam), designed for remote detection of natural gas leaks. This innovative equipment allows for the inspection of extended sections of city infrastructure without the need to open the ground or access underground utilities.

The system is equipped with highly sensitive laser detectors capable of detecting even minor methane leaks at a distance of up to 60 meters, including hard-to-reach and hidden areas. Such technologies significantly reduce the risk of emergency situations and contribute to increasing the overall reliability of gas networks.

During the presentation, the akim personally familiarized himself with the operating principle and technical characteristics of the installation, noting the importance of introducing modern solutions into the system for monitoring the state of the public utility infrastructure.

It is worth noting that the Akimat of Shymkent is one of the first in the republic to acquire and implement an innovative system for remote detection of gas leaks. The use of the DLS-AUTO mobile laboratory will be a significant step in ensuring the safety and sustainable development of the metropolis's utility networks.
