On August 8, 2025, Temirbek Nazhikanov, Deputy Head of the Justice Department of the Kostanay region, Ethics Commissioner, and Saltanat Aitova, Head of the Administrative Department, held a conversation with newly hired employees in order to strengthen the corporate culture. - The Department of Regulation and Control over the activities of bailiffs, during which issues of compliance with the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants, prevention of misconduct and other offenses for which the law provides for disciplinary, administrative or criminal liability, anti-corruption policy, as well as familiarization with the internal work regulations of the Department were considered.
