On August 8, 2025, the Administrative Department of the Department of Justice, Ethics Commissioner T.O. Nazhikanov, held a seminar on problematic issues in the IP "E-Atinish".

During the seminar, the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 4, 2023 No. 4 "On approval of the Rules for Registration, Registration of Appeals received by Government Agencies, as well as the maintenance of the Electronic Appeals information analytical system" was explained.

IP "E-Atinish" is a public service for strengthening the rights of citizens in disputes with government authorities. It allows you to remotely send requests upon finding a violation, action or omission of any government agency.

An explanatory conversation was also held among the staff about the moral and ethical image of a civil servant, compliance with the code of ethics and prevention of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The questions of the experts present were discussed.
