    Despite the fact that there are less than two months left before the deadline for payment, more than 30,672 residents of Pavlodar region have not paid property tax in the amount of about 72.2 million tenge. In total, the calculated amount of personal property tax for 2024 is about 341.8 million tenge, which must be paid by about 276.7 thousand taxpayers. Currently, the budget has received about 269.6 million tenge. You can find out the amount of property tax and simultaneously make a payment using the banking details in the "Service of upcoming payments for individual Entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs" of the e-salyq Azamat mobile application, as well as through the applications of Halyk Bank and Kaspi Bank. The list of preferential categories that are exempt from paying property tax in full or in part is defined by paragraph 2 of Article 526 of the Tax Code. The preferential category includes: - heroes of the Soviet Union, heroes of Socialist Labor, persons awarded the titles of "Halyk kaharmany", "Kazakstan Enbek Epi", awarded the Order of Glory of three degrees and the Order of Otan within 1000 MCI of the total value of all taxable objects; - veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans who are equivalent in benefits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and veterans of military operations on the territory of other states, persons awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless labor and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War, as well as persons who worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945, and those who were not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless labor and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic Warfor land plots and within 1,500 MCI of the total value of all taxable objects; - persons with disabilities by land plots and within 1,500 MCI of the total value of all taxable objects; - orphans and children left without parental care for the period up to the age of 18 - on land plots, dwellings, buildings, country houses, garages, parking spaces and other buildings, structures, premises belonging to them by right of ownership; - one of the parents of a person with a disability since childhood, a child with a disability by land plots; - mothers with many children, awarded the title of "Mother Heroine", awarded the "Altyn alka" pendant - for land plots, as well as within 1000 MCI of the total value of all taxable objects (dwellings, buildings, country houses, garages, parking spaces and other buildings, structures, premises belonging to them by right of ownership); - separately residing pensioners (pensioners, at whose place of residence only pensioners are registered) by land plots, as well as within 1000 MCI of the total value of all taxable objects (dwellings, buildings, country houses, garages, parking spaces and other buildings, structures, premises belonging to them by right of ownership); - individual entrepreneurs for objects used in entrepreneurial activities, with the exception of dwellings and other objects for which the tax base is determined in accordance with Article 529 of the Tax Code; - individuals are the owners of an apartment (room), according to the share of the owner of the apartment (room), in a land plot occupied by an apartment building. In case of non-payment of property tax within the time limits established by law, tax arrears arise. After the deadline for payment, that is, after October 1, citizens who have not paid the tax, in accordance with current legislation, will not be able to receive banking services to make transfers, open bank accounts, apply for a loan, etc. In addition, for each day of delay, a penalty is charged in the amount of 1.25 times the official refinancing rate set by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of tax arrears in the amount of more than 1-fold MCI, after thirty working days from the date of delivery of the notification, the state revenue authorities issue a tax order. If the debt is not paid within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the tax order, the relevant tax order is transferred for enforcement to private bailiffs who apply enforcement measures, such as seizure of property and bank accounts, restriction on travel outside the country. At the same time, court costs amounting to up to 25% of the debt amount are retained.
