Systematic work on the development of the city's engineering infrastructure continues in Shymkent. The city's akim Gabit Syzdykbekov, together with residents, took part in the launch of natural gas in the residential areas of Zhuldyz (New Building) and Zhalyn.

It should be noted that the construction of gas pipelines began in August last year at the request of city residents, voiced during visiting meetings with the population. Today, 834 subscribers in the Zhuldyz microdistrict and 566 subscribers in the Zhalyn microdistrict have received access to blue fuel.

In total, more than 33 kilometers of gas pipeline were laid. Thanks to this, both residential areas are fully provided with an environmentally friendly and convenient type of fuel, which creates conditions for further development and improving the quality of life of city residents.

The city akim congratulated the residents on the long-awaited event and thanked the contractors for the high-quality and timely completion of the work.

It should be emphasized that in order to connect to gas, residents must submit an application for technical specifications. This can be done through the eGov Mobile application or on the e-government website egov.kz.
