I congratulate you on the day of sports – a holiday of strength, endurance, team spirit and striving for perfection!

This day is a reminder that sports have been and remain an important part of the life of our society, building a healthy nation and a strong spirit.

Sport-not only competitions and medals. This is hard work, constant training, faith in oneself and supporting one's team. This is the ability to win and adequately accept defeats, draw conclusions and become stronger. It fosters discipline, honesty and respect for the opponent, qualities that every person needs, regardless of age and profession.

Today I want to say a special thank you to our athletes, coaches, mentors and everyone who develops and popularizes sports in our city. Thanks to your efforts and victories, our city will sound proudly in the sports arenas, and the younger generation will take a worthy example.
