On August 19, the pedagogical community from all regions gathered at the traditional regional meeting of education workers of Kostanay region, held under the motto "BILIM KELESHEGI: ADAL AZAMAT – KASIBI MAMAN".

The exhibition dedicated to the Year of Working Professions and the implementation of the Adal Azamat program aroused great interest among teachers.

Akim of the region Kumar Aksakalov emphasized: "Today, when knowledge and technology are rapidly changing, the future of the country directly depends on the quality of education. The main pillar here is the professionalism and development of teachers."

In her speech, the head of the Department of Education, Aiman Ibrayeva, summed up the results of the past academic year, described how the education system is being transformed at all levels from pre-school to colleges, and outlined the prospects for work in the coming academic year.

Timur Temirgaliyly Abilmazhinov, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke about priority areas and strategic goals and objectives in his report.

The current issues of social partnership and interaction between leading enterprises and colleges to train in-demand specialists for the development of the region's economy were highlighted by the General Director of KIA Qazaqstan, Mr. Kim De Ki, and the Director of Kostanay College of Motor Transport, Dmitry Ivanovich Pavlenko.

Zhansaya Bakhytbekovna Ismailova, director of the Gymnasium school No. 28 in Kostanay, shared her experience in the practical implementation of the Adal Azamat program.

The meeting traditionally ended with the awarding of teachers.

The honorary resident of Kostanay Kopesh Begen Kazenovich was awarded the title "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen ustazy", the award will be presented to the veteran of pedagogical labor personally.

4 teachers were awarded the badge "Bilim beru isinin kurmetti kyzmetkeri". Also, 25 teachers received diplomas from the akim of the region.

The winners of the regional competition "The best schoolyard" within the framework of the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan" were awarded with cash certificates. Sulukol OSH named after Sh. Shayakhmetov of Auliekolsky district received 200 thousand tenge for the 3rd place, OSH No. 19 of Kostanay became the silver medalist and received 300 thousand tenge. To the Director of the OSH named after.Abai Kunanbayev of the Karabalyk district was awarded a certificate for 500 thousand tenge for the victory.

The winners of the rating assessment and holders of certificates of 5 million tenge each were the Department of Education of Sarykol district in the nomination "The best education system of the district" and the Department of Education of Kostanay in the nomination "The best education system of the city".

The awarding ceremony was completed with the presentation of two certificates for 68 million tenge to the winners of the competition "The best organization of secondary education" - a comprehensive school named afterSapar Ergaliev district Beimbet Mailin and the competition "The best TiPPO organization" - Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.
