The issue of determining the amount of reimbursement for homeschooling for children with disabilities has been reviewed. The Department of Education and the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city presented calculations based on the actual costs associated with the organization of homeschooling. At the same time, parents of homeschooled children provided additional justifications and calculations.

Following the discussion, the commission recommended that the development body, together with parents, review the needs and costs, taking into account the necessary educational, methodological, technical and other supplies, as well as the services required to organize homeschooling, taking into account the individual educational needs of children, in order to develop an informed decision on determining the amount of reimbursement for homeschooling children with disabilities from among children with disabilities.

Also, the meeting considered the issue of privatization of communal property, namely motor vehicles, the repair of which is not economically feasible, which are on the balance sheet of state institutions "Oskemen-Vodokanal", "Department of Internal Policy of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk", "Youth Resource Center", "Center for the resocialization of people in difficult situations situations", "The Center for the development of cultural activities and mass sports "Samgau" of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Following the results of the hearings, the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk was recommended to begin the privatization procedure with an auction.
