Another clean-up campaign was organized in Shymkent as part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" environmental program initiated by Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The clean-up activities demonstrated the high level of activity of the city's residents in caring for nature and beautifying their native land.

Extensive cleaning work was carried out in all five districts of the city, streets, courtyards and public places were cleaned of garbage. For example, the courtyards of residential buildings No. 33, 35 and 37 in the Teriskey microdistrict of Al-Farabi district were put in order, children's playgrounds and green areas were cleaned. As a result of the joint work of residents and municipal service specialists, the courtyards of apartment buildings have acquired a new look.

According to participants in the Sabbilik, such events not only ensure cleanliness but also increase unity and solidarity in society.
— Nature is our trust. The cleanliness of every yard, street, and park is our legacy to future generations. Today's Sabbath is an important step towards forming an ecological culture. Therefore, all residents need to participate in such initiatives, - say the city residents who actively participated in the campaign.

The Saturday work was also carried out in other districts of Shymkent at a high pace. In the Abay district, Asfendiyarov Street in the Akzhaiyk microdistrict was cleaned, in the Enbekshy district, the area around school No. 30 was put in order. In the Karatau district, Kenzharyk and Kulager streets in the Nurtas microdistrict were cleared of debris, and in the Turan district, the courtyards of multi-storey residential buildings along the Temirlan highway were landscaped.

It is worth noting that the city's youth also actively participated in the cleanup efforts. Organized by the Shymkent City Youth Resource Center, many volunteers and city youth actively participated in the environmental event and made their contribution.

In general, today, residents of Shymkent are seeing the tangible results of the "Clean Kazakhstan" state program. A culture of cleanliness is being formed in the city, and people's interest in this initiative is growing day by day. According to residents, such initiatives not only improve the environmental situation, but also contribute to strengthening respect and mutual solidarity between neighbors.

It is not for nothing that they say, “Cleanliness is half of faith.” Today's cleanup event not only preserves the green appearance of Shymkent, but also calls on members of society to take shared responsibility, respect nature, and beautify their native land.
