InKosshy, with the support of the NationalChamber of Entrepreneurs"Atameken", aclusterseminar was held fortaxpayersinKosshy,KorgalzhynskyandEgindykolskydistrictswith the participation of BauyrzhanShaikenov, Deputyhead of the StateRevenueDepartmentfor the Akmolaregion.BauyrzhanShaikenovsaidthatflexibleandunderstandablespecialtaxregimes will be introducedforbusinessesand the self-employedfromJanuary1, 2026.

This will reducebureaucraticproceduresandallowentrepreneurs to focusonbusinessdevelopmentratherthancomplexreportingandinspections.Approachestotaxadministration are fundamentallychanging.Firstly,deskinspections will nowbepreventive in nature.

Secondly, the procedures for debt collection,deferralandinstallmentpayments are significantlysimplified.

Thirdly,withinsignificantamounts of arrears, the DGDwillno longer automaticallyblock the accounts of entrepreneurs.Instead, a phasednotificationsystem will beapplied,which will givebusinesses the opportunity to correctviolations in a timely manner.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the Department gave detailed answers to relevant questions.
