On December 10, 2025, the State Revenue Department of the Tarbagatai district held a seminar for individual entrepreneurs on the amendments to the Tax Code effective from January 1, 2026:

• changes in the calculation procedure for advance payments on corporate income tax (CIT);

• changes in value-added tax (VAT);

• new functionality and tasks for electronic digital signatures (EDS);

• reduction of the social tax rate to 6%;

• changes in the list and conditions of the social tax regime for self-employed individuals;

• changes in the procedure for switching between taxation regimes.

During the seminar, all questions from taxpayers were answered.
