At the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting was held with representatives of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records as part of the “Law and Order” concept.

The event was attended by Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Appeals Analysis and Control, Class 1 Lawyer Zhadira Abzhapparova, who delivered a lecture on the topic “Practical Aspects of Applying the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

During the meeting, key issues related to administrative procedures were addressed, including:

• simplified administrative procedure;

• administrative procedure involving the issuance of an administrative act.

Zhadira Abzhapparova focused in detail on the most common procedural violations and their consequences. Special attention was given to the analysis of practical examples, which allowed service members of the Main Command to consolidate their knowledge and practice its application.

Such events, implemented within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept, contribute to raising the legal culture of service members and ensure the competent application of administrative law norms in the professional activities of guardsmen.
