In Aktau, young citizens were presented with the first identity cards in the PSC

    On theeve of the 30thanniversary of ConstitutionDay, a solemnevent was heldinAktau,organizedat the PublicServiceCenter.

  On thisday, specialattentionwaspaid to teenagerswhorecentlyturned16.Forthem, the ceremonybecameatrulysignificantevent-youngcitizensreceivedtheirfirstidentity cards.

  Receiving the main document symbolizes the beginning of adulthood, opens up new opportunities and emphasizes responsibility to society and the state. The presentation of certificates in honor of Constitution Day is of particular importance, because the Basic Law of the country guarantees every citizen the rights, freedoms and equal opportunities.

   Sucheventsin the PSC of the region are heldon a regularbasisand have alreadybecomeagoodtradition that promotes the strengthening of patriotismandcivicidentity of young people.

   It is worthnotingthatuponreaching the age of 16, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are required to obtain an identity card.To do this, the teenagermustcontactthenearestPSCtogetherwithoneof the parents,presentingthebirthcertificateand the parent's identity card.

   This year, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrates its 30th anniversary.
