Astana, August 27, 2025 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov received the copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Kazakhstan Dace Rutka.

Welcoming the Latvian diplomat, Deputy Minister Issetov expressed satisfaction with the steady progress in Kazakh-Latvian partnership, both bilaterally and within multilateral frameworks.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for developing bilateral relations, including in the political, trade, economic, transport and logistics spheres.

Following the meeting, Deputy Minister Issetov expressed the Kazakh side’s readiness to provide comprehensive support for the new Ambassador’s efforts at further strengthening cooperation between Astana and Riga, and wished her fruitful work in Kazakhstan.
