Important changes are being implemented in the education sector of Shymkent in preparation for the 2025-2026 academic year.
In preparation for the new academic year, 16 schools have applied for a license or license extension and received permission to carry out educational activities. Of these, 11 schools are secondary schools No. 140 to No. 150, opened within the framework of the state project "School of the Future". These schools are being launched with the aim of providing high-quality education in accordance with state standards and creating an infrastructure that meets modern requirements.
In addition, 5 schools received licenses to operate in a private format, bringing a new lease on life to the education sector in the city. These private schools include:
• "SHYMKENT HIGH SCHOOL" LLP
• "Zerde" School-Lyceum LLP
• “VC Shymkent” LLP
• "Daryn-2 Republican School-Lyceum" LLP
• "Zulpykhar mektebi" LLP
The increase in the number of private schools is a reflection of the state policy aimed at improving the quality of education in the city. These schools contribute to the development of the education sector through high-quality teaching, an individual approach, and the introduction of international standards.
It should be noted that the suspension of educational licenses and the issuance of new licenses are part of quality control in the field of education, checking the financial and organizational stability of schools. Thus, the Shymkent City Education Department strives to ensure the stable operation of educational institutions and increase the opportunity to provide students with quality education.
