​Residents of Syrdarya district take an active part in the Republican Environmental Action "clean Kazakhstan", initiated by the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. ​Within the framework of the campaign, a number of large-scale works were carried out in the district: ​total volume-5,500 tons of garbage removed; ​17,400 trees were planted; ​27,800 flowers were planted; ​canals and ditches with a length of 70 km were cleared (including canals – 50 km, ditches – 20 km). ​These measures made a significant contribution to the improvement of the district's territory, improving the environmental situation and improving the quality of life of the population. ​The campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" will continue on a permanent basis in the Syrdarya district. These good events are aimed at caring for nature, creating an ecological culture and leaving a clean environment for future generations.
