On August 28, 2025, a solemn event was held with the participation of the akim of the region, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the event, employees of the Department of Justice were awarded for their many years of diligent work and contribution to the development of the justice system. Special attention was paid to veterans of labor - for example, one of the employees was awarded for more than 40 years of work experience, having only one entry in the workbook. In total, 5 employees of the Department received awards.
Sergey Mikhailovich Zhalybin, a veteran of the judicial authorities, also made a meaningful report, who shared his experience and noted the importance of the Constitution in strengthening the rule of law.
