On September 3, 2025, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a solemn ceremony of awarding commemorative medals "Kazakhstan Republicsin Constitutionsin 30 zhyl" was held in the Akimat of Kostanay region. The state awards were presented by Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov.
Aliya Alataevna Amanzhulova, Head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, is among those who received the high award.
Among the awardees are veterans of the civil service and representatives of peasant farms.
The Governor of the region noted that the Constitution is the foundation of an independent and strong Kazakhstan, and the awarding of jubilee medals is a recognition of the merits of the region's residents who have made a significant contribution to the development of society and the strengthening of statehood.
