Uniform rates of customs duties and taxes have been established, as well as categories of goods for personal use, in respect of which customs duties and taxes are payable, levied as a cumulative customs payment in accordance with the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 20, 2017 No. 107.Categories of goods for personal use and methods of their import: Goods for personal use imported in escorted and/or unaccompanied baggage by air.Cost, weight and/or quantitative import standards: The cost exceeds the equivalent of 10,000 euros and/or the weight exceeds 50 kg.Uniform rates of customs duties and taxes: 30 percent of the cost in excess of the cost norm, but not less than 4 euros per 1 kg of weight in excess of the weight norm.
