The Head of State gave the Government a number of tasks:

– Over the next five years, it is planned to launch 6.3 gigawatts of "green" energy facilities. This step will significantly increase the share of green energy in the country.

– We should start planning the construction of a second, or even a third, nuclear power plant now.

– Minimizing the country's food market's dependence on imports is a strategic task of the Government. Of course, we cannot provide ourselves with 100%, and perhaps there is no need for it. But it is embarrassing to talk about the current situation on the market.

– Since 2022, more than 13.5 million hectares of land have been returned. However, akimats have allocated only 6 million hectares of this land to new land developers. The land that has found its owner must become a center of production, a source of investment, and a center of vibrant labor.

– Akimats should put all returned land into permanent circulation by the middle of next year. This measure should also solve the problem of pasture shortage.

– The decision on land allocation should be made in digital format, through electronic tenders. The government should propose appropriate amendments to the legislation by the end of the year.

– It is necessary to increase the efficiency of satellite monitoring of agricultural lands using artificial intelligence.

– The new Tax Code should not be limited to changing current norms and procedures. This document should form a new understanding and identity of taxpayers based on transparency and honesty.

– Every tenge received from taxes should be spent for the benefit of the people.

– We need to develop a model of a small-scale school called "Qazaq Digital Mektebi" based on distance learning methods and artificial intelligence technology.
